BCA Week - The British Chiropractic Association Spinal Awareness Week

Monday, 14th April, 2008 to Sunday, 20th April, 2008

With the UK experiencing a rise of 5% in the population complaining of back pain registered between 2007 and 2008*, the Back 2 Back Chiropractors, again, this year supported the BCA Awareness Week by highlighting the importance of chiropractic, by providing free health talks and free spinal posture checks for Brighton or Hove residents, no matter what age, from babies through to aged 100 Plus, at the Studio, in Goldstone Villas, Hove.

The Clinic saw much activity with local residents taking advantage of this ever popular week, listening to the innovative, hugely interesting and fun talks provided by all the team of Doctors at Back 2 Balance.

All visitors received advice on daily exercising and were provided with information about a useful, chiropractic endorsed, 3-minute daily routine called 'Straighten - UPUK' ™ The routine is designed to improve posture and can help to strengthen the spine.

If you would like to download a copy of this exercise routine - please click on our link opposite - one for adults, and one for kids.
